Our Story

Where History Meets Hospitality
Our name pays tribute to renowned Saint John artist Miller Brittain, one of Canada’s most celebrated painters and social realists, whose studio was once located above our historic Uptown building. Inspired by his creativity, community spirit and connection to Saint John, Britt’s was created as a place where people can come together to share stories, celebrate milestones, and create memories of their own.
 
Today, that same spirit lives on in both of our locations. No matter which Britt’s you visit, you’ll find warm hospitality, scratch-made food, quality ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere that makes everyone feel at home.
 
Whether you’re joining us for brunch, lunch, dinner, happy hour or simply a pint with friends, we’re proud to be part of the Saint John community and honoured to be part of your story.

Nestled beside Rockwood Park Golf Course, Britt’s Pub & Eatery offers a relaxed setting where great food and beautiful surroundings come together. From casual lunches and family dinners to post-golf gatherings and weekend get-togethers, our scratch-made menu, local beers, handcrafted cocktails, and friendly service make every visit one to enjoy. It’s the perfect place to unwind, connect, and savour great food in one of Saint John’s most scenic locations.
